We are so sad to announce the sudden passing of Kevin Taylor, known to many as “Costa Kev”. Kev was one of the longest-standing members of Hills Farm Lane, joining up in the very early days, around 2007. He was always there for the team, a positive and reliable member of the club, joining in with matches, events and at least one of the Jersey Tours. He graced the right back position with such class, never flustered and always finding his pass. Very few players got past him. Kev kept in touch with many of the players even through periods when he wasn’t able to play, and he played his last game for us only a couple of weeks ago. He passed on 31 August 2019 and will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace Kev.
Our intention is to run an annual memorial match in his honour and for prostate cancer.
