Sponsorship Protocol
The Horsham & Shipley Community Project is seeking to promote and encourage the active pursuit of a range of activities for young and old, within the community to sustain the health and wellbeing of all those who take part.
Involvement in football, walking football, petanque, our woodcraft shed or our planting programme will help maintain fitness and a healthier outdoors lifestyle.
Sponsorship helps the project maintain its aim to provide outdoors activities at any age at a reasonable cost.
By creating a sponsorship protocol the Project intends to provide mutually beneficial opportunities for all levels of sponsorship recognising that any amount of support is gratefully appreciated and valued.

You may have seen from our website that the Horsham & Shipley Community Project will cover a range of activities and a range of age groups ( eg football will be Junior, Senior , Veterans and Walking football) and the Shipley site is, and will be, used by a significant and growing number of players, participants and spectators each week.
Our events regularly attract coverage on social media and in the press and the success of our project as it grows in stature will hopefully result in further press coverage.
Advertising hoardings/banners around the main pitch;
The project will make arrangements for the production of suitable, quality and durable banners. We simply ask that you either create your own artwork and liaise with our supplier to finalise, or (for the added cost of £25) you pass on your logo and liaise with our supplier who will create and agree the artwork with you.
Please note: Money raised through your generous sponsorship will be requested prior to the sponsored event, production of advertising hoarding or purchase of kit or equipment.
